CITZAF is a graphical user interface developed to work with the CITZAF correction program for quantitative electron microbeam x-ray analysis. The CITZAF correction program was developed by Dr. John T. Armstrong. CITZAF is intended to work with the current release of CITZAF, and any future versions.
